Are all your Brands really Canadian?

Yes! We have stocked some of the best Canadain brands that health care professional wear and use.

All brands have been hand selected and are Canadian based small businesses.

Our brands are mainly women owned, they are individuals who work in health care and stand fully behind thier products.

How and where do you ship to?

Shipping is available through Canada Post. We ship to all of Canada.

Shipping though Canada Post with a flat shipping rate of $11.99.

Orders over $140 before discounts and taxes will be eligible for Free Shipping.

I am not able to find my size. Are more sizes available?

Sorry you weren't able to find the size you need. With our first launch we have stocked limited amounts of each size. If there is a style and size you need but it is out of stock please let us know. We can order in exactly what you need. Email us at or reach out to us on Instagram or Facebook.

What are my shipping options?

2. Free delivery to Brandon, MB 2x/month

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted up until 30 days after you have received your purchase. Your product can be for exchange, store credit or refund. The product must be returned or mailed to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Return shipping cost is at the cost of the purchaser.

Some exclusions apply and will be clearly marked on the item listing.

Do you do local delivery to Brandon?

Delivery to Brandon will occur twice per month.

A prearranged pick up location, date and time will be determined where we can meet up and get you your item(s). If you select this option please reach out to us at to discuss our next Brandon drop off. You must be able to meet us at our determined location.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your purchase but you must reach out to us, as soon as possible, after receiving your product(s) so we can initiate the process.

Refunds will be provided once the product has been returned and must be in unworn, unwashed, and original condition.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in large volumes being shipped and additional safety measures and precautions being implemented. Due to these factors, delivery times have increased significantly.

The delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates. We always try to get you your item(s) to you as soon as possible.

We aim to have your product packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days. However, somethings are out of our control and our shipping times cannot be gauranteed.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct on check out.

Get Scrubbed Co. is not responsible for mis-delivered packages, stolen packages or returned packages due to customer error.

If your package is returned to us due to customer errror, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
